Organic Baby Clothing Blogs

Thinking about going fully organic, starting with baby's clothes, those items that touch the little one's precious skin more than you do? I actually read that buying your baby's cottons and wools from a consignment or second-hand store is immeasurably safer than buying new (non- organic)wool and/or cotton, because they have likely been washed a few times to remove some of the chemicals (cotton is the most heavily sprayed crop and fire retardants are in everything these days). Here are a couple of blog sites with more information (that came in on a feed):

  1. Thank you for the information. As you mention, baby's skin is ultra sensitive to chemicals so it's extremely important to buy clothing that exposes them to as few chemicals and pesticides as possible.
