MY KETOFLEX RECIPES

In March 2018 I began to explore using a Keto Flex 12/3 Diet to regain management of a stubborn weight problem.  The diet I follow is a ketogenic vegan eating plan based on a balance of healthy vegan fats (coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, olives, and avocadoes, and nuts), vegan proteins (nuts, tofu, vegetable sources, vegan protein powders), and low carb fruits and vegetables/greens.  The idea is that the blood sugars will not be spiked, cortosol will not be the master of my body shape, and I will burn off the fat that I have so far been unable to do on a strict low-fat vegan diet.

 Here are the articles and recipes (in chronological order) as I go about working away at this situation.  My overall hope is that I will achieve optimal cognitive function as well, since this diet is known to offset the dreaded dementia/Alzheimer's Disease(s) that many people in my age and weight-level face.
