7-Seed Combo to top your Porridge:Combine the following and store in fridge in a mason jar with lid. Sprinkle on porridge.Nuts & Seeds:- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- 3 tbsp Flaxseeds, ground
- 3 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds, raw
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds, raw
- 1/3 cup Walnuts, raw
