They seem to have continued as a favourite snack, especially for children. So, how nice for all of us that there is a kinder, healthier, and, I think, tastier vegan/vegetarian alternative. If you go to Pinterest, you will find that there are MANY veggie versions of chick'n nuggets, with main ingredients ranging from chick peas to jackfruit to pumpkin to jackfruit and several other versatile plants.
